LARNED - Ralph E. Strobel, 80, died March 16, 2012. He was born April 20, 1931, to George and Sadie Strobel.

I have always loved the distinctive sound of sandhill cranes. This is a “crane cam” at Rowe Sanctuary near Kearney, Neb. Be sure to tune in around sunrise or sunset. That’s the best time to see and hear them.
